About Dr. Dwiwardani

I am a psychologist licensed in California (PSY 31659) and Virginia (0810004711), and board certified in clinical psychology (ABPP). I obtained my doctorate degree at Rosemead School of Psychology in La Mirada, California, an institution accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA). My clinical internship was completed at the National Asian American Psychology Training Center (NAAPTC) at Richmond Area Multi Services, Inc (RAMS), APA-accredited and focused on the intersection of culture and psychological well-being.

I am a full-time professor at Rosemead School of Psychology's clinical psychology doctoral programs (PhD and PsyD). I am passionate about training the next generations of mental health practitioners, and in my 10+ years of teaching, I have taught courses including Diagnosis, Psychodynamic Therapy, Ethics, Multicultural Psychology, among others.

Given my experience in higher education and clinical training, I firmly believe in the value of therapy for students who are training to become mental health therapists. Therapy can provide space for fostering self-awareness as students prepare for the profession, and support as students navigate the challenges of clinical training. If you are a full-time graduate student in the mental health field, please ask me about my discounted fee!
